Full Home Inspection- This inspection is a limited-time visual inspection of the following readily accessible and visible pertinent, major elements existing in the structure on the date of inspection:
Areas of concentration include but are not limited to: Roofing, Exterior, Interior, Structural Components, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating / Central Air Conditioning, Insulation and Ventilation, and Built-in Kitchen Appliances. Additional inspection areas may be added upon request. Information must be first obtained from the customer in order to determine the price.
Home Energy Inspection- This inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. It is designed to provide a list of recommended improvements to encourage investments that may increase the energy efficiency and comfort of the home.
Price $75.
Spot Inspection- This inspection can also be referred to as a "single component" inspection. This inspection involves only one component of the home. For example, your home has a problem with a leaking roof, electrical issues, or plumbing concerns. This inspection would pinpoint the source of the problem before you call in an expert or contractor. Many contractors will charge their clients for something that did not need to be fixed in the first place. This inspection empowers our customers to avoid this issue and deal with only the problem at hand. The spot inspection is perfect for the customer that wants be be informed about one particular issue before the contractor or expert is contacted. This includes a home visit, two page report and photos of the issue.
Price $100.
Crawlspace Foundation Inspection- This inspection is conducted under the first floor of the home, also known as a crawlspace or raised floor plenum. Most homes along the coast are built on crawlspace foundations and most plumbing and structural elements exist in these places. This inspection will always be included in a full home inspection. However, in some cases the crawlspace is not accessible or too small to enter. If this occurs, we perform an exterior examination. Fee is mandatory if the house is built on a crawlspace foundation and is included in the price of a Full Home Inspection.
